I always thought I knew what yoga was, but it wasn't until after living in Morocco with my now mentor, that I really explored the foundations and meaning behind the practice.
Showing up on my mat every morning before work became a ritual and without it, I almost felt lost. I decided to trust my gut and apply for a teacher training, to go deeper into the understanding and fundamentals of asana, breath and meditation.
Since completing, I have never looked back. The practice has transformed me, my ways of thinking, my outlook on life and my relationships with people and the planet. My classes are a safe space for you to step out of your head and into your body; a space to breathe and move deliciously, consciously and always for yourself.
I have completed 300+ hours of trainings including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Chakra and I cannot wait to further my knowledge in the coming years.
